COMBAT FIT BOOTCAMP
 

Developed as a method to train our combat students to build their fitness. this is not an kickboxercise class or whatever the latest fad may be, this is the real deal! hard sweat and guts, if you are really serious about your fitness then this is your class.

CHINESE KICKBOXING (SAN SHOU)
 

Sanshou (Chinese Kickboxing) of modern day has extensive variations of technique; each school of Chinese Martial Arts puts their individual stamp on the type of techniques incorporated. As an unarmed self-defense, close quarter combat system, Sanshou includes Toy (kicks), Da (punches), Shuai (throws), and Na (locks).

 

In modern times it has been used as a primary training skill for the Chinese Army, as well as the development as a sport competing in various tournaments including Muay Thai, K1 and MMA. One of the latest stars of the sport is Cung Le, Strikeforce Middleweight Champion after beating Frank Shamrock.

These classes are open to all abilities and are excellent for developing your fitness as well as learning new skills
